At TrustServe (trustserve.store), we provide digital services such as property ad listings, ad boosts, and subscription plans. Please read our policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on TrustServe are final and non-refundable.

Once a user purchases any service such as:

– Ad posting

– Ad boosting

– Subscription plans

The service is activated immediately, and no refund or return will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Ad Boost Services

When a user purchases an ad boost:

– The boost is applied instantly or within a short time  

– The service is considered delivered once the boost is activated  

– No cancellation or refund is allowed after activation  

3. Digital Nature of Services

All services provided by TrustServe are digital and non-tangible. Because of this:

– Services cannot be returned  

– Payments cannot be reversed once processed  

4. No Guarantee of Results

TrustServe does not guarantee:

– Sale or purchase of any property  

– Number of inquiries or responses  

– Success of any listing or boosted ad  

Users are paying for visibility and platform features only.

5. Admin Role in Transactions

TrustServe is only a platform for listing properties.

– We are NOT involved in any deal between buyer and seller  

– We do NOT handle payments between users  

– We do NOT act as an agent, broker, or mediator  

All transactions are done directly between users at their own risk.

6. No Refund for User Deals

TrustServe is not responsible for:

– Any loss in deals  

– Fraud or scams  

– Payment disputes between users  

No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered if:

– A technical error occurs from our side  

– Payment is deducted but service is not delivered  

In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours.
